Proposal for vehicular and pedestrian access as a solution to the traffic problem in the area, seeking the prevention of road accidents due to the accumulation of cars at peak hours and speeding up the entry and exit of settlers.

The existing portico is partially demolished in two of its arches but maintaining the proportion and character of the type-hacienda- the administrative offices are rearranged and independent security accesses are generated in the two private clusters, delimiting the golf course by means of a near smithy.
