The house works as follows: there are two spaces that naturally ventilate and illuminate the house, one of them is an interior patio that divides the garage from the ground floor social area, the same function is performed between the main bedroom and the main bedroom. family area upstairs. This space will illuminate the social areas in a zenith way while generating interior views towards plant elements such as a tree and a raised planter, these elements will serve as a filter / transition between the street and the interior of the home.

The other space consists of a garden that overlooks the back of the lot (south orientation) through which it is intended to ventilate and illuminate the kitchen and dining room spaces on the ground floor and the bedrooms and children's bathroom on the upper floor. Because it is adjacent to a gas station from the back, it is intended to build high fences that provide security, mitigate noise, environmental, visual and sound pollution and provide privacy to the house.

These spaces visually and environmentally connect the social spaces between both levels, in such a way that the space remains continuous from the entrance to the rear garden, and serving as a block of meeting spaces between family members, preventing the nucleus from family space is fragmented into habitats.

This condition generates spaces for family relationships in which participatory activities are promoted, such as food preparation, family talk, contemplation, reading, study, interactive games, social gatherings and rest. It is important to comment that the fact that it is a home that seeks flexibility of space will also be prepared for future uses, since its spatial configuration allows the progressive growth or adaptation of spaces that may change over time, such as the children's bedrooms, the use of the rooftops, the option to have a bedroom on the ground floor.
