Expansion and remodeling project with growth to a third level which is accessed by means of an independent external staircase, on this level there is an entertainment room connected to a terrace for social gatherings, the space is flexible in character as it can be opened and completely stack the glass gates, allowing an uninterrupted connection.

Formally, the design sought harmony in the proportions to integrate into the urban image of the subdivision, also avoiding overly densifying the construction of the original house.
