A remodeling and expansion of a house Carried out in 1991. An interior design and architecture project was developed to adjust the house to the activities and tastes of the new tenants.

Result of the formal proposal on the main façade: Use of the garage canopy to add a balcony to the master bedroom, enlargement of the bedroom door, pergolas on the balcony deck to permeate the light to the interior, window frame launched with a quadrangular design, new design of blacksmithing type shutter in garage door, creaky walls with natural stone finish to finish off the new inverted L-shaped roof. Within this remodeling expansion, an interconnection bridge and a laundry room were projected. By means of a bridge made of lattices - pergola the upper floor of the house is communicated with the laundry area. The use of these "ribs" allows natural light and ventilation to the adjoining bedroom without sacrificing the use of natural energy.
