Cañada del Refugio subdivision, León Gto. The site has formidable views of the Cañada. The project was raised for a family of 6 members, where it was very important to create family gathering spaces such as the kitchen, the living room, the TV room. the front patio and the terrace.

Each space has natural ventilation and lighting, so climatic and functional comfort was essential for each member of the family.
In 490 m2, spaces with a multitude of activities could be arranged from a stylistic room to a staircase that serves as an attic, so the use of space was of vital importance.

Casa Cañada is a good example of optimizing a spatial syntax so that the family can live together in a pleasant environment.
