In essence, we designed this house with the premise of having spaces that convey peace, relaxation, silence and privacy, as well as that in it the senses experience emotions and sensations during the day or night, in the privacy of the family or in the company of friendships can share part of this experience that makes up a life scenario.

That is why the honesty of each space is reflected in an exterior and interior façade that, without seeking to be noisy or very complex, adapts to the immediate context in scale and shapes, seeking above all privacy, framing the personality of the whole. reflecting the importance of light, proportion and environment in architecture. Each space is the result of taking advantage of the possible construction area on the upper floor, coupling and reusing the ground floor spaces in the best way, fulfilling the program of needs established in an orderly and logical way, allowing to adapt the upper floor patio and the garage to new uses over time.
