Somos un Estudio, Especialista en el diseño y desarrollo de proyectos Habitacionales con un enfoque en las cualidades del Espacio y su relación con el habitante. Trabajamos con sentido humano, responsabilidad social y ética, además de un alto nivel de compromiso y honestidad para con nuestros clientes y el gremio. Tras un aprendizaje de 10 años en importantes empresas del Bajío, en 2017 fundamos FLORES ROJAS ®

Nuestro estudio ha realizado a la fecha más de 70 proyectos, con 15 Obras proyectadas y construidas. Además de colaborar junto a más de 20 empresas, constructoras y desarrolladoras de la región en proyectos de diversas escalas e índoles.

FLORES ROJAS ® Arquitectura cuenta con el distintivo Marca GTO. El cuál solo puede ser portado por aquellas empresas con Identidad Estatal y que en su operación integran los elementos de: Distintivo de Origen, Compromiso Empresarial, Referencia Comercial y Representativo de Calidad.

In our country, more than 60% of the house is self-built without adequate knowledge or planning; Another large percentage is built en masse by developers that offer identical , ineffective, generic and impersonal homes to the population, neglecting the specific needs of its inhabitants and adapting in a precarious way to the context and environment.

We have known and experienced how the problems derived from these practices affect our homes: with poor spatial quality, deficient comfort and climate , rigid spatial configurations. In Esencia they are unworthy spaces that cause social and health problems, overcrowding, disuse , deterioration and the consequent abandonment of the house; generating even deeper problems within our cities.

Taking into account these problems, we formed FLORES ROJAS® as a Studio specialized in Housing Architecture. Our purpose is to improve the pre-existing and conceive the new, understanding the living space and its qualities as the most important resource.

Continuing with the process. We present you a formal quote where the scope, deliverables and costs of our services are described in detail.
