A compact set made up of 5 premises and a multifunctional terrace. The premises are unified and articulated by means of pedestrian spaces that connect with the street, in its character the building unfolds in a dynamic way to open up and actively communicate with the daily route of the inhabitants.

The façade opens in a V to connect the sidewalk with a terrace and the bicycle parking lot. The edges of the building are curved to highlight the dynamics of the form that seeks openness, fluidity of space and materiality.

4 materials are used that fuse and unify the shape with the human scale: lattice walls of clay partition, stucco flats, steel with black paint finish, glass and plant elements.
