What if I told you that you could improve your work performance just by changing the bulb in your desk lamp? As unbelievable as it may sound—it's true.
Despite all our evolution, humans have never been able to fully suppress their animal instincts—for example, our emotional responses to color (if you want to learn more about this, click here _______________) and light.
One of humanity’s greatest discoveries was fire—and learning to control it. It allowed us not only to cook food but also to harness its light.Over time, we’ve developed ways to manipulate and understand it, eventually leading to lamps and bulbs as we know them today. With the arrival of LED technology, the possibilities expanded even further.
But what you're really interested in is: how can you perform better at work—and also make your home feel warmer and more inviting? Well, up next, we’ll show you just that...

3 Types of Color Temperature and the Sensations They Create:
a) Warm Light (Below 3300 Kelvin):Encourages relaxation and creates cozy, welcoming environments—ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and similar spaces.
b) Neutral Light (Between 3500 and 6000 Kelvin):Boosts mood and energy levels, which can lead to higher engagement and better sales—perfect
for retail stores, as it enhances colors. It’s also a great choice for study or reading areas.
c) Cool Light (Above 6500 Kelvin):Creates a stimulating atmosphere, recommended for high-traffic areas like hallways, staircases, and similar spaces.
As an example, hospital operating rooms typically use cool lighting, which helps staff stay alert and energized—an essential requirement in such a demanding environment.
On the other end of the spectrum, restaurants often use warm lighting to make customers feel relaxed and comfortable, setting the tone for an enjoyable experience.
Meanwhile, department stores commonly use neutral lighting, which enhances product colors and generates a sense of high energy and enthusiasm in customers.
